How to report an error

Email support@bodysignals.app with the page address and what you think is wrong. If it is about a study, a link to it helps. We aim to check every report and correct confirmed errors promptly.

Log

4 October 2026

  • New articles across the clinical sections: low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, disc bulge versus herniation; what works for back pain, exercise therapy, strength training; when imaging is useful, numbness and tingling; how the spine is built, the cervical spine; slouching, MRI and posture myths; sleeping position, pillows, backpacks; what physiotherapy does, what to track at home; calcium, magnesium, vitamin K2, glucosamine and supplement safety.
  • Guideline update reflected. NICE withdrew its recommendations on psychological therapy for low back pain in July 2026; the articles on low back pain and what works for back pain say so.
  • New articles on sedentary behaviour (does sitting less matter if you exercise?), how posture is measured (can wearables measure posture accurately?) and IMU sensors.

3 October 2026

  • New articles on forward head posture, text neck, the neck hump, rounded shoulders, how to improve your posture, the chin tuck, posture tracking with AirPods, desk setup, monitor height, laptop posture, standing desks, ergonomic chairs, posture drift, why we slouch, a desk routine, office workers, walking posture, walking with a phone, posture biofeedback, posture correctors, personal baseline, fatigue and creep, what good posture is, drivers, feeding posture and carrying a baby, plus four exercise pages.
  • Merged pages. “Do posture correctors work?” (myths) merged into posture correctors; “Do you need 10,000 steps?” into how many steps you need; “Is there one correct posture?” into what good posture is; “Remote workers” into office and desk workers; “Neck pain with headache” into cervicogenic headache. Old addresses redirect to the new ones.
  • Renamed. “Walking with your head down” is now walking posture; “Head angle from earbuds” is now posture tracking with AirPods.
  • Correction. The draft of forward head posture said a 2026 study supported a link between head posture and chronic neck pain. It found no difference between people with and without neck pain, and the article now says so.
  • Fixed broken internal links in six articles.
